Keith Bolock
Keith Bolock brings over 20 years experience in the construction industry, having owned and operated the fourth largest framing company in southern California. Keith is involved in every aspect of Shiloh operations including estimating, field supervision, accounting, and project management. However, his greater responsibility is to work with each and every area of Shiloh to maintain the commitment to excellence. As a husband and father of two, Keith enjoys spending time with his family, motorcycling, weight lifting and outdoor sports.

Ron Wieler
Ron Wieler's background in civil engineering and over 30 years experience in custom home building makes him an invaluable member of Shiloh's management team. He owned and operated his own custom home building company for 10 years before joining Shiloh. Ron manages the general construction operations for Shiloh and is also involved in project management, and field supervision throughout the duration of all projects. Ron enjoys skiing, camping, and spending time with his wife and 5 children.
