Custom Care

Once your home is built, our Custom Care program can provide you with professional, responsive personnel whose sole function is to look after your home. Whether it’s washing your car, repairing a broken window or setting your home’s alarm, we are prepared to do it all.

Our basic service package includes:

Bi-monthly inspections, including:

Air-conditioning and heating systems, security system, landscaping and pool, plumbing fixtures, pest control, seasonal irrigation adjustments and a comprehensive monthly report.
**The absentee package will include all of the above as well as a weekly inspection.

Home Opening and Closing Services:

Interior and exterior cleaning service, including windows, shuttle service, auto services, lighting and thermostat adjustments, refuse management, arming of home’s alarm.
*Fees for the above services are based on individual estimates.
