Keith Bolock, Owner

Keith brings more than 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, having owned and operated the fourth largest framing company in Southern California. Keith’s main responsibilities include client relations and business development. He is also very involved in the planning and design process of each home.

Lolita Cardona, Owner

As a certified public accountant, Lolita brings expert financial knowledge to Shiloh. In addition to her role overseeing the fiscal aspect of the company, Lolita also manages Shiloh’s marketing and media relations efforts.

Ron Wieler, Owner

Ron’s background in civil engineering and more than 30 years’ experience in custom homebuilding makes him an invaluable member of Shiloh's management team. Ron, who owned and operated his own custom homebuilding company for 10 years before joining Shiloh, manages general construction operations and oversees all project managers.
